RDM Engineering LLC (RDM) is an engineering technology support services company. Founded in March of 2004 by Dave Rychalsky, the company is headquartered in Oak Ridge, NJ. RDM is a registered small business that employs less than 50 professionals who support Army and Marine Weapon Fire Control programs. Our firm is responsible for a variety of design / development / fabrication / test / qualification / fielding tasks for the US Army and Marine programs. The majority of work for RDM involves software development, mechanical & electrical engineering designs, performance specification writing, systems engineering, information assurance, failure analysis software loading / system test, hardware field support / resets, Pro-Engineer drawings, production assembly, and systems engineering.
